Service Agreement: Make Tarot with AI

This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Limitless Abundance, LLC/as Amethyst Mahoney ("Provider") and you ("Client") on the date of purchase.

1.Service Description

The Provider agrees to deliver the Make Tarot with AI Course, a comprehensive AI generation strategy that will help you create Tarot decks and cards.

2. Intellectual Property and Non-Disclosure

The Client acknowledges that the Make Tarot with AI is a proprietary digital product developed by the Provider. The Client agrees not to copy, distribute, or share the content with any third parties without the express written consent of the Provider.

3. No Refund Policy

Due to the instant-access digital nature of Make Tarot with AI, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued. By purchasing this product, the Client acknowledges and agrees that they waive the right to request a refund, chargeback, or dispute for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction, change of mind, or lack of implementation.

6. No Warranty

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tennessee, United States of America and specifically Sumner County. If any disputes arise, all legal proceedings will take place in Sumner County, Tennessee.
