Hi - I'm Amethyst Mahoney and I'm a former psychologist with a PhD and 2 Master's Degrees.
I use Tarot cards in a unique and practical way that combines the Archetypal images Jung spoke of much like you would do if Art Therapy met the Rorschach.
As a therapist with over a decade in practice, I saw my clients struggling in traditional talk therapy and even CBT, so I started incorporating Tarot cards into my clients' sessions... and the results were staggering!
I finally quit psychology to become a full-time Tarot reader, because the cards just work better for healing trauma. Talk Therapy alone is often not enough to process, release, and heal trauma.
This has been stated again and again by leading trauma and somatic experts like Dr. Bessel van der Kolk, Dr. Bruce Perry, Dr. Peter Levine, Dr. Pat Ogden, Dr. Francine Shapiro, and Dr. Marlene Winell.

The Tarot Therapy Workshop is about 90 minutes long. We give you full access to the video controls so that you can pause or rewatch the workshop at your convenience.
Can I Use The Life Map Assessment More Than Once?
Absolutely! In fact, I recommend using the Life Map Assessment monthly so that you can track your progress and see patterns over time. When you sign up for the Workshop, you'll get a copy of the Life Map Assessment self-reporting tool.
Can I Use Tarot Therapy With My Clients?
Yes, we're in the process of creating a Tarot Therapy Certification and plan to release the course in April of 2023. If you own a business, are a healer, or just want to use Tarot Therapy for yourself and your family and friends, we highly recommend looking for this training in the Spring. First, however, we recommend that you start using Tarot Therapy for your own healing so that you will be better equipped to work with clients in the future.
