Service Agreement: Get Clients Fast

This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Limitless Abundance, LLC/as Amethyst Mahoney ("Provider") and you ("Client") on the date of purchase.

1.Service Description

The Provider agrees to deliver Get Clients Fast, a training designed to help you create your Freedom Offer that attracts dream clients who say, "Shut up and take my money!"

2. Intellectual Property and Non-Disclosure

The Client acknowledges that Get Clients Fast is a proprietary product developed by the Provider. The Client agrees not to copy, distribute, or share the content with any third parties without the express written consent of the Provider.

3. No Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature and instant access of Get Clients Fast, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued. By purchasing this product, the Client acknowledges and agrees that they waive the right to request a refund, chargeback, or dispute for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction, change of mind, or lack of implementation.

4. Disclaimer of Liability

The Provider has tested Get Clients Fast extensively, and while it has proven effective, the Provider does not guarantee specific outcomes. The Client acknowledges that results depend on individual circumstances, effort, and application. The Provider is not liable for any perceived lack of results or outcomes, but will provide support if the Client is having trouble.

5. Client Responsibility

The Client is responsible for implementing the strategies and prompts provided in the Get Clients Fast. The Provider holds no responsibility if the Client does not achieve the desired results.

6. No Warranty

The Provider makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the information provided in Get Clients Fast. The service is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tennessee, United States of America and specifically Sumner County. If any disputes arise, all legal proceedings will take place in Sumner County, Tennessee.

8. Acceptance

By ticking the box at checkout, the Client acknowledges, understands, and agrees to all terms outlined in this Agreement.
